Legal Officer

About the Client

Our client is a large and fast-growing international crypto and fintech company operating across several jurisdictions in Europe and globally. The company provides regulated crypto-payment services and continues to expand its presence under MiCA and other financial frameworks. To support this expansion, the company is strengthening its licensing and regulatory affairs team.

Role overview

The Legal Officer will support the company’s legal operations with a focus on contract management, regulatory compliance, and internal legal support. The role involves close cooperation with international teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, NDAs, DPAs, LOI, and MOU

  • Support corporate governance and maintain legal documentation

  • Conduct legal research on AML, GDPR, MiCA, VASP, and fintech regulations

  • Monitor regulatory updates and support ongoing compliance

  • Act as a legal project coordinator on cross-functional initiatives

  • Provide day-to-day legal support to internal departments

  • Communicate with international clients and partners

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Law

  • 4+ years of experience in commercial, corporate, or contract law

  • Experience with drafting and reviewing legal agreements

  • Strong legal research and analytical skills

  • Fluency in English (the role involves communication with international clients)
