Role Overview
As Head of HR, you will be responsible for building, owning, and continuously developing the full HR function end-to-end. This role combines strategic leadership with strong operational execution and plays a critical role in enabling sustainable growth, strong leadership, and a resilient company culture in a remote-first setup.
Key Responsibilities
Build and own the HR strategy, policies, and people architecture aligned with business growth.
Own the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely hiring and high-quality talent acquisition.
Design and maintain onboarding and offboarding standards across all teams.
Lead HR operations, including payroll coordination, documentation, time-off processes, and remote workforce management.
Build and manage performance systems, competency frameworks, and career paths.
Drive learning and development initiatives for managers, teams, and high-potential employees.
Ensure HR compliance, data accuracy, and alignment with international regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role within fintech, payments, or other regulated environments.
Strong background across HR strategy, recruitment, HR operations, and performance management.
Experience working with distributed or remote teams across multiple jurisdictions.
Solid understanding of HR compliance, employment frameworks, and data privacy.
Financial or legal education is considered an advantage.
