Role Overview

As a Finance Manager, you will build clear management accounting, bring structure to crypto financial operations, and coordinate with tax advisors for a fast-growing crypto payments company. The role involves active communication with international teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain management accounting reports (P&L, cash flow, financial dashboards)

• Ensure accurate tracking of transactions

• Coordinate and control the work of the Canadian tax accountant (data preparation, timelines, follow-ups)

• Analyze and select a suitable crypto accounting tool (high-precision, crypto-native)

• Improve internal financial processes and documentation

• Support founders with financial insights and ad-hoc analysis

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in financial or management accounting

• Relevant education in Finance, Accounting, or Economics

• Hands-on experience with crypto transactions and understanding of crypto accounting specifics

• Solid understanding of management reporting (P&L, cash flow, unit economics)

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills

• Experience working with external accountants or auditors
