About the Client
Our client is a global B2B iGaming solution provider building a full-scale platform that enables iGaming companies to launch and operate their own online casinos. The company operates internationally with over 1,000 employees across Europe. Most of the organisation works fully remotely, with a strong focus on ownership, scale, and long-term product excellence.

Role Overview
This role owns the payments product at the company level. As Head of Product — Payments, you will define the long-term vision, metrics, and execution strategy for payment capabilities used across multiple iGaming platforms. You will work closely with engineering, architecture, risk, and executive leadership, while managing and developing a team of Product Managers.

The role combines strategic ownership, deep payment-domain expertise, and hands-on leadership in a high-scale, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

·      Define and own the long-term product vision and roadmap for the payments domain (12–24 months).

·      Lead company-level payment metrics, ensuring sustained growth through launches and operational excellence.

·      Own product strategy for gateways, PSP integrations, acquiring, routing, tokenisation, and risk controls.

·      Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams on high-availability, high-scale payment systems.

·      Balance resources, risks, dependencies, and cross-team priorities across the organisation.

·      Partner with other directors on company-wide strategy and execution planning.

·      Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Product Managers, including senior PMs and future leaders.

·      Ensure strong alignment between product strategy, merchant success, reliability, and business growth.

Requirements

·      5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, including 2+ years in a Lead PM or Head of Product role.

·      Proven experience in the iGaming industry.

·      Strong domain expertise in payments: PSPs, gateways, acquirers, payment routing, tokenisation, risk & fraud controls.

·      Background in fintech or payment processing environments with high transaction volumes.

·      Experience defining company-level KPIs and driving measurable product growth.

·      Ability to define and execute long-term product strategy with clear business impact.

·      Experience working closely with engineering and architecture teams on complex payment systems.

·      Proven people leadership experience, including managing multiple PMs and developing senior talent.

·      Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making skills.

·      Advanced English (written and spoken).
