Our client is an international and growing fintech company providing lending and business development solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises. The company is expanding its product lines and strengthening internal systems to support sustainable development and operational scalability.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on role for a professional who understands both business logic and technical workflows. You will translate strategy into roadmaps, requirements into structured tasks, and ideas into delivered product improvements. The role has direct impact on internal systems, lending platforms, and automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Own and prioritise the product backlog in line with business goals.
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
Lead cross-functional projects from idea to delivery.
Coordinate operations, developers, compliance, and management stakeholders.
Drive improvements in internal tools, lending workflows, and reporting systems.
Define success metrics and monitor delivery performance.
Ensure deadlines, scope, and quality standards are met (the role involves communication with international clients and partners).
Requirements
3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Operations Manager in fintech, financial services, or IT.
Strong understanding of regulated environments (lending, credit, or payments is an advantage).
Experience supporting audits, compliance initiatives, or regulatory projects.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive execution independently.
Fluency in English and Latvian (the role involves communication with international clients).
