Head of Sales IGaming
We’re looking for a Head of Sales who can own revenue end-to-end — from strategy and forecasting to closing top-tier iGaming partnerships and scaling a winning sales organization.

A company operating within the iGaming / B2B ecosystem, providing platforms, solutions, and services to operators, casino platforms, and game suppliers. The company is focused on long-term partnerships, scalable integrations, and growth across regulated and emerging markets.
Role Overview
The Head of Sales IGaming is responsible for defining and executing the global sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and leading the sales function across key markets. This role combines hands-on deal-making with leadership, forecasting, and close collaboration with executive, product, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the global sales strategy aligned with company growth goals
Own revenue targets, sales forecasting, and pipeline management
Build, lead, and scale the sales team; set KPIs and performance standards
Personally manage and close strategic, high-value and enterprise deals
Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key partners
Establish and optimize sales processes, CRM usage, and reporting
Represent the company at major iGaming events, conferences, and exhibitions
Work closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams
Provide market insights and customer feedback to shape product and business strategy
Requirements
Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPIs in iGaming or B2B
Experience closing large, complex deals with operators and casino platforms
Established network of iGaming decision-makers (operators, platforms, casinos, aggregators)
Strong relationships with C-level stakeholders
Solid knowledge of iGaming platforms, game providers, integrations, and aggregation technologies
Understanding of iGaming trends, regulation, payments, and regional market specifics
Strong negotiation and contract structuring skills
English (C1); knowledge of Russian will be a plus.
Willingness to travel for business events
Experience with CRM and sales tracking tools
Cross-functional work with product, marketing, and tech teams
Regular sales reporting (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
