Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and client-oriented Junior to Mid-Level Account Manager who will act as a trusted partner for merchants, supporting their growth and helping them maximise the value of the payment solutions provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for merchants, promptly and professionally handling inquiries and requests.

• Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships that drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and business growth.

• Conduct regular calls and meetings to gain a deep understanding of clients’ needs and business objectives.

• Collect, review, and validate corporate documentation with completeness and accuracy.

• Prepare contracts and support the negotiation and approval process.

Requirements

• Experience in account management, customer success, or related roles (experience in fintech or payment systems is a strong advantage).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Russian and English.

• Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to identify optimal solutions for client needs.

• Understanding of payment systems and processes (e.g., online acquiring, payment gateways, etc.).
