Role Overview
We are looking for an Onboarding Manager to manage the end-to-end onboarding process for merchants. This role requires a strong understanding of high-risk merchant onboarding and acquiring requirements, and the ability to navigate complex onboarding processes while maintaining high operational standards. The role involves active communication with international teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead merchant onboarding processes in line with requirements.

• Collect, verify, and structure merchant documentation packages.

• Communicate with banks, compliance teams, and internal stakeholders throughout the onboarding process.

• Support the optimization and scaling of onboarding processes as the company grows.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in onboarding high-risk merchants within the payments or fintech industry.

• Practical experience working with acquiring banks and payment providers.

• Strong understanding of merchant onboarding workflows and documentation requirements.

• Ability to manage multiple onboarding cases simultaneously.
