Role Overview
We are looking for a BizDev / Onboarding Officer to take ownership of onboarding high-risk merchants and lead the onboarding team. This role sits at the intersection of business development and partner management and involves active communication with international teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full onboarding cycle for high-risk merchants.
Build and maintain relationships with partners.
Lead and coordinate the work of onboarding specialists, setting clear priorities and monitoring delivery.
Ensure merchants are onboarded in accordance with requirements and standards.
Analyze onboarding bottlenecks and continuously optimize internal processes.
Support the development of scalable onboarding frameworks for high-risk verticals.
Requirements
Proven experience in high-risk merchant onboarding within fintech, PSPs, or payment providers.
Strong understanding of acquiring, payment processing, and partner flows.
Practical experience working with acquiring banks and payment providers.
Experience managing or coordinating teams.
