Your Role
As the Field and Events Marketing Lead, you’re not just an organizer but a full-cycle strategist. You’ll own the company’s offline brand experience, decide where and how it is represented, and demonstrate the value of each event as a business investment.
What You Will Do:
Develop and execute a comprehensive annual events strategy aligned with marketing and sales objectives.
Manage the full lifecycle of events, from international fintech conferences to smaller high-impact partner-focused events.
Create effective networking opportunities - dinners, mixers, and roundtables—during major industry weeks to maximize ROI for Sales and Business Development.
Define the company’s presence at regional and niche ecosystem events.
Own the end-to-end production of the company’s digital events and webinars.
Source and manage relationships with global vendors, booth builders, and organizers to ensure premium execution within budget.
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Strategic Partnerships.
Conduct post-event assessments, including lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and ROI, turning weak points into actionable insights for future events.
Requirements:
5+ Years of Experience with proven track record in event management or field marketing, specifically owning large-scale, global B2B events.
Deep experience planning events for fintech, payments, or crypto audiences is essential. You know who the players are and where the industry is heading.
Advanced skills in marketing measurements, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Logistical confidence with tight deadlines, complex international shipping, or last-minute changes.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders.
