Role Overview
The Sales Director will be responsible for building and scaling the sales function within the Web3 business line. This role will own the overall strategy, team leadership, and revenue growth, focusing personally on Tier-1 clients while delegating day-to-day sales execution to the team.
The position requires a strong understanding of the Web3 industry, an established professional network, and the ability to drive high-value partnerships that significantly contribute to overall business growth.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the sales strategy within the vertical (Web3).
Build, manage, and scale the sales team, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, training, and, when necessary, offboarding.
Own and maintain relationships with Tier-1 clients, engaging directly at a strategic level.
Work closely with marketing on industry-focused initiatives, including events and product positioning.
Represent the company at major conferences, panels, and industry events.
Act as a thought leader, strengthening the company’s presence and credibility in the market.
Drive continuous knowledge sharing and ensure industry-specific training within the team.
Build authority within the team through expertise, leadership, and professionalism, beyond just the formal title.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven track record of scaling both sales teams and revenue.
Deep expertise in Web3, with a strong and consistent performance history.
Well-established professional network within the chosen vertical.
5+ years in Web3 (or ideally 10+ years in Fintech).
Prior experience in a senior leadership role (e.g., Head/VP/Director of Sales, Head of Partnerships/Growth).
Demonstrated success in closing Tier-1 partnerships
Clear track record of driving significant revenue growth.
Hands-on experience in team management, including hiring, performance management, and offboarding.
Ability to define, track, and optimize KPIs for both team and sales performance.
High level of mobility, with availability for international travel (Europe, US, Asia, Middle East).
