Our client is a well-established international payments and acquiring provider serving merchants across Europe and global markets. Operating as a licensed financial institution within the EU and the UK, the company offers end-to-end infrastructure that enables online businesses to accept, process, and manage card and alternative payments securely and at scale.
The platform covers payment acquiring, issuer processing, BIN sponsorship, white-label card programs, fraud prevention, and advanced data tools, allowing partners to build compliant and flexible payment ecosystems. With a strong technological foundation and years of market presence, the company supports fintechs, PSPs, and digital merchants that require reliability, regulatory alignment, and room to grow.
Your Role
As Head of Organic Growth, your goal is to make the company attractive to high-intent clients. You will lead content, SEO, organic social, and marketing design, ensuring lead generation and an efficient inbound funnel. We need someone who can bridge strategy and execution, maintaining brand visibility and content authority.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Organic Growth: Lead strategy and execution for organic traffic and lead generation, building a repeatable system for key markets.
SEO & AEO Strategy: Shift focus from traditional keyword rankings to “Answer Engine” dominance, optimizing infrastructure and content for Google and LLM-based search.
Content & Creative Leadership: Oversee content marketing and marketing design, ensuring brand consistency and conversion-focused materials.
SEO Management: Manage the external SEO agency and assess the real impact of their work.
Brand Awareness & Trust: Grow social media presence, positioning the company as an industry authority.
Experimentation: Test content formats, landing page UX, and distribution channels to increase MQLs and improve AI ranking.
Funnel Orchestration: Collaborate with Product Marketing to nurture inbound leads via email and lifecycle marketing.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in SEO, content, or organic growth, preferably within B2B Fintech or SaaS.
Experience managing cross-functional teams, including designers, content writers, and social media specialists.
Understanding of site architecture, backlink strategy, and LLM-based search principles.
Proven track record of growing organic traffic and lead generation with measurable results.
Experience with agencies: scaling high-performing ones and ending partnerships with underperforming ones.
Excellent communication skills.
