Role Overview

This role combines legal, regulatory, and compliance responsibilities. You will support business operations through contract management, licensing processes, AML/KYC compliance, and interaction with regulators and partners across different markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and internal legal documents

• Manage gaming licence applications, renewals, and ongoing compliance

• Support AML/KYC processes, including risk assessments and compliance checks

• Conduct legal and regulatory research across multiple jurisdictions

• Communicate with regulators, external law firms, banks, and service providers

• Support internal teams with legal and compliance-related matters

• Develop and update internal policies and ensure proper documentation processes

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Law

• 5+ years of legal experience

• 2+ years in gambling / iGaming (mandatory)

• Hands-on experience with gaming licences and AML/KYC processes

• Strong experience in drafting contracts and legal documentation in English
