About the Client
Our client is an international fintech company operating as a PSP (Payment Service Provider) for B2B clients worldwide. The company delivers end-to-end payment infrastructure, helping businesses accept and manage payments securely and efficiently across markets.
Role Overview
As an Operations / Project Manager, you will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to streamline processes, ensure execution discipline, and maintain operational clarity across the organization. You will play a key role in making sure priorities are aligned, deadlines are met, and nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for optimization
Design and implement efficient workflows across teams
Coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure smooth collaboration
Track progress of tasks and projects, ensuring timely execution
Proactively follow up on action items and remove operational blockers
Facilitate meetings, document outcomes, and ensure clear next steps
Establish and maintain structured communication and task management practices
Ensure visibility and accountability across all ongoing initiatives
Gradually take ownership of operational processes and daily decisions
Requirements
2+ years of experience in operations, project management, or a similar role
At least 2 years of experience in the fintech industry
Strong ability to structure processes and improve workflows
Hands-on experience with tools such as Notion, ClickUp, Jira, Asana, or similar
Experience working with cross-functional teams
