Role Overview

As a CFO, you will build the entire finance function from scratch.

You will work directly with the founders, taking full ownership of financial operations — from accounting and reporting to strategic planning and decision support. This role requires someone equally comfortable executing day-to-day tasks and shaping long-term financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end finance operations: accounting, reporting, and cash flow management

• Build and implement financial processes, controls, and structure from scratch

• Ensure tax compliance and manage relationships with external partners (accountants, auditors, banks)

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

• Support founders with financial insights, unit economics, and decision-making

• Oversee payment flows, reconciliation, and collaboration with PSPs / payment providers

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Lead, or Chief Accountant in a fintech company or startup

• Strong hands-on capability — comfortable operating without a large team

• Solid understanding of payment flows, reconciliation, and financial operations in fintech

• Experience building financial processes from scratch

• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution

• Familiarity with compliance, tax, and reporting in a dynamic environment
