About the Client
Our client is an international fintech company operating as a PSP (Payment Service Provider) for B2B clients worldwide. The company delivers end-to-end payment infrastructure, helping businesses accept and manage payments securely and efficiently across markets.
Role Overview
As a Junior–Middle Key Account Manager, you will act as a trusted partner for merchants, ensuring smooth onboarding, ongoing support, and long-term relationship development. This role combines client communication, operational coordination, and a consultative approach to help clients maximize the value of payment solutions. The role involves active communication with international teams.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for merchants, ensuring timely and professional communication
Build and nurture long-term client relationships focused on retention and growth
Conduct regular check-ins to understand client needs, goals, and performance
Collect, verify, and manage KYC/AML and corporate documentation
Prepare contracts and support negotiation and approval workflows
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure the successful integration and setup of payment solutions
Analyze client performance and proactively recommend improvements
Gather and communicate client feedback to internal stakeholders to enhance products and services
Requirements
Experience in customer support, account management, or similar client-facing roles
Background in fintech, payments, or financial services is a strong advantage
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Basic understanding of payment systems (e.g., acquiring, payment gateways)
Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks in a dynamic environment
