About the Client
Our client is a newly launched iGaming-focused marketing agency specializing in influencer, creator, and performance-driven traffic.
The company is built to help operators scale through modern acquisition channels — including streamer partnerships, social traffic, and community-led growth strategies.
Role Overview
You will take full ownership of building and scaling the agency, defining its market positioning, commercial strategy, and long-term direction.
This is not a corporate leadership role — it is a hands-on, revenue-driven position for someone who can:
shape the initial offering
win the first clients
build the early team
and take ownership of early-stage P&L
Key Responsibilities
Launch and build a new iGaming marketing agency from 0→1
Define and validate the initial service offering (influencer, performance, partnerships, PR, etc.)
Own and drive early-stage revenue and commercial strategy
Build and manage relationships with iGaming operators and key stakeholders
Develop partnerships across affiliates, media, influencers, and vendors
Hire and lead the initial core team (commercial + delivery)
Establish scalable processes across sales, delivery, and client management
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (payments, compliance, product)
Contribute to long-term business strategy and expansion
Requirements
Current or recent experience within the iGaming ecosystem
Proven B2B commercial experience (services, media, traffic, partnerships, influencer, sponsorships, or similar)
Existing network with operator-side decision-makers (marketing / growth / affiliate teams)
Strong track record of closing deals and generating revenue
Ability to clearly articulate how you would win the first clients
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Comfortable operating in a build-from-scratch setup
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate autonomously
Russian + strong English (mandatory)
