About the Client

Our client is an international open banking software and service provider, building solutions that enable seamless financial connectivity across markets. The company is at a growth stage, actively expanding its product capabilities and market reach.

They are now looking for a Product Manager who will take ownership of product development, drive growth, and play a key role in shaping the product strategy. This is a high-impact position with real influence on how the product evolves and scales.

Your Role

In this role the Product Owner will be responsible for open banking product development and lifecycle management. He will form a product strategy, determine development priorities and ensure a balance between functionality improvements and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the development of open banking and a payment product, including strategy formation, roadmap, and prioritization of functionality tailored to the needs of businesses and merchants.

• Coordinate integrations with banking and payment infrastructure providers, including selecting, connecting, and configuring partners to meet the requirements of various types of merchants, including the high-risk industry.

• Organization and synchronization of interaction between business, partners and technical teams to ensure stable and efficient integration and operational processes.

• Participation in the development of the commercial direction of the product, including sales support, working out conditions for merchants and adapting product solutions to market.

• Market analysis, user and product metrics to identify growth points and make decisions on the development of the payment ecosystem.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in a similar position.

• Knowledge of the principles of the providers' work, connectivity, the ability to coordinate negotiations on the terms and selection / configuration of the providers themselves, taking into account the requirements for merchants, high-risk industries.

• The ability to customize a product for merchants, taking into account current requirements from the industry (fiat-crypto, dashboards, commissions, etc.)

• Participation in building go to market strategy.
