About the Client
Our client is a rapidly growing fintech company specialising in crypto payment infrastructure. They provide businesses with a full-stack solution to accept, store, send, and exchange digital assets across 50+ cryptocurrencies.
Role Overview
As a Key Account Manager, take ownership of a portfolio of high-value clients within high-risk industries, ensuring seamless post-sale operations and long-term partnership growth. This role is critical in driving client performance, optimising revenue, and delivering a high-quality customer experience, while collaborating cross-functionally to support scalable and efficient payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, building strong and trusted relationships
Manage the full post-sale lifecycle: onboarding, contracts, integrations, and ongoing support
Monitor client performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, transaction volumes) and provide actionable insights
Proactively identify growth opportunities and implement account development strategies
Resolve operational and technical issues efficiently, ensuring high client satisfaction
Collaborate cross-functionally (product, tech, compliance) to deliver tailored solutions
Maintain accurate records and reporting through CRM systems
Requirements
2+ years of experience in the payments, fintech, or crypto industry
Proven track record in account management, client success, or partner management
Solid understanding of crypto payments, wallets, or related financial infrastructure
Experience working with high-risk industries is a strong advantage
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data
Hands-on experience with CRM tools
Fluent English and Russian (written and spoken)
