Our client is a software development company specializing in creating complex solutions and products for the iGaming industry. With a team of 200 skilled professionals, the company is dedicated to delivering high-quality services to its international clientele.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Promo Manager to join our client's fully remote team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing promotional campaigns for casino products, managing bonus mechanics, and optimizing campaign performance. This position requires strong experience in the betting and gambling sector and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns for casino products

  • Manage bonus mechanics, free spins, and special offers

  • Build and maintain promo calendars aligned with business goals

  • Analyze promo performance and optimize campaigns based on data

  • Collaborate with Data Analytics, Product, CRM, and Customer Support teams

  • Improve key metrics such as retention, engagement, and reactivation

  • Adapt promo strategies across different GEOs (Turkey, Portugal, LatAm, etc.)

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Promo/CRM/Retention roles within iGaming

  • Strong experience with betting/gambling products

  • Hands-on experience with promo mechanics (bonuses, free spins, campaigns)

  • Fluent English (international environment)

  • Experience managing multiple GEOs and adapting strategies
