About the Client

The client is a new marketing agency based in Cyprus, specializing in the iGaming sector. They offer marketing services, including performance and influencer marketing, targeted toward iGaming projects. The company is currently in the launch stage and poised for growth.

Role Overview

As the Chief Executive Officer, you will lead and drive business development within the iGaming space. You will play a crucial role in building relationships with key stakeholders and contributing to the company's strategic planning and market positioning. This is a fully remote, full-time role based in Cyprus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive new business development within the iGaming space

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with operator-side stakeholders (marketing, growth, affiliate teams)

  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy and help define positioning in a 0→1 environment

  • Lead the company's strategic planning process, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives and vision

  • Oversee financial performance and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and growth

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

  • Current or recent experience in the iGaming industry

  • Proven track record in B2B sales (services, media, traffic, partnerships, sponsorships, influencer, performance, brand, or similar)

  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on revenue generation

  • Russian (native or fluent) and strong English (written and spoken)

  • Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
