Role Overview
This role is based in Poland and offers a full-time position as a Sales Manager. You will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, acquiring new business, and maintaining relationships with key clients. Your ability to align sales strategies with marketing efforts will be crucial to achieving company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, set goals, and provide feedback to the sales team.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the fintech or payment processing industry.
- Strong understanding of electronic money institutions and global payment solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role.
- Fluency in English and Latvian, both written and spoken.
