Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead our commercial strategies and initiatives. Based in Cyprus, this full-time hybrid role requires a commercially driven leader to enhance our market presence, particularly in high-risk acquiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement go-to-market strategies for high-risk acquiring.

• Lead and manage commercial teams, focusing on data-driven results.

• Develop strategic plans for market penetration and monitor progress.

• Establish and optimise internal processes for sales and account management efficiency.

• Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve financial goals, emphasizing profitability.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in high-risk environments.

• 5+ years of experience in the payment industry.

• Fluent in Russian, based in Cyprus.

• Strong leadership with a commercial focus.
