Role Overview
As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding the client base across the EU. You will develop strategic sales plans, nurture key relationships, and lead a team to achieve high performance in a hybrid working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in target markets to expand the client base.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
- Conduct regular sales forecasts and performance reviews to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
Requirements
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales management within the fintech or payments industry.
- Strong understanding of payment processing solutions and electronic money institutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Excellent command of English and Latvian, both written and spoken.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
