Role Overview

As a Recruitment Team Lead / Delivery Manager, you will oversee a team of recruitment consultants. Your focus will be on developing strategic recruitment plans, managing client relationships, and driving business development initiatives. This role requires strong leadership and a deep understanding of recruitment processes within the fintech and iGaming sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of recruitment consultants to achieve placement targets.

• Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet client needs in the fintech and iGaming sectors.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact.

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless process from candidate sourcing to placement.

• Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to improve performance and client satisfaction.

• Drive business development initiatives to expand the agency's client base and market presence.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within fintech or iGaming industries.

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, such as ATS systems.

• Ability to manage and lead a team, with experience in a leadership role.

• Excellent command of English and Russian languages.
