About the Client
Our client specializes in crypto payment solutions, facilitating seamless cryptocurrency payment processing for iGaming, Forex, and PSPs. As they expand rapidly within the fintech sector, they seek skilled professionals to join their team.
Role Overview
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the B2B high-risk segment, including iGaming, Forex, PSPs, and Crypto. Your goal is to independently acquire high-volume merchants and close large-scale deals. This role emphasizes quick revenue generation, building strong industry relationships, and securing profitable partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Independently identify, approach, and secure high-volume B2B clients across iGaming, Forex, PSP, and other high-risk sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, partners, and affiliates within high-risk payment ecosystems.
Negotiate and close large-scale deals targeting €1M+ merchant turnover.
Collaborate with compliance and onboarding teams to ensure rapid KYB processes and merchant activation.
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to expand market presence.
Take full ownership of the sales cycle, ensuring consistent pipeline growth and revenue delivery.
Requirements
Proven track record of closing large B2B deals, preferably generating €1M+ merchant turnover.
Strong experience in selling to iGaming, Forex, PSP, or other high-risk industries.
Experience with complex fintech products such as acquiring, IBAN accounts, crypto processing, or payment infrastructure.
Ability to travel for business purposes and eligibility for a Schengen visa.
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
