Role Overview

As a Lead Product Designer, you will spearhead the design strategy and execution for the entire product lifecycle. You will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences that align with both user needs and business goals. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and a commitment to maintaining high standards of design quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product design process, from concept to implementation.

• Define and drive UX/UI vision in line with business objectives and user needs.

• Design user experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and conversion-focused.

• Use data insights and user research to validate design decisions.

• Establish and maintain design systems and UX standards.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing teams.

• Mentor and guide designers, fostering a culture of design excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, with at least 2 years in a Lead or Senior role.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX strategy and high-quality UI design.

• Experience in designing complex digital products, such as gaming or fintech.

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma or Sketch.

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
