Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales / SDR Specialist to support the sales team with lead generation, CRM management, and communication with potential clients. This role is a good fit for someone who wants to start or continue a career in fintech and payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with lead research and outreach

• Work with CRM systems and internal databases

• Update and maintain lead information

• Help qualify inbound leads

• Prepare structured information for sales managers

• Assist with pipeline tracking and daily sales operations

Requirements

• Based in Malta

• Good communication and organisational skills

• Attention to detail

• Interest in fintech and the payments industry

• Comfortable working with data and CRM systems

• Previous experience in fintech, sales support, customer support, PSP, EMI, or acquiring is a plus
