About the Client
Our client is an international company providing electronic money solutions and online payment processing services. They cater to online businesses across various sectors, offering support for multiple currencies and payment methods. Their services include payment gateway solutions, global payment processing, merchant accounts, open banking, recurring payments, and mass payments.
Role Overview
As an Account Manager, you'll play a vital role in managing a portfolio of merchants and ensuring their seamless integration with the company's services. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence client satisfaction and retention while working in a collaborative environment. You'll engage with international clients, utilizing your language skills and fintech knowledge to foster long-lasting partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of merchants as the primary point of contact from the company side
Lead onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth integration into company processes and services
Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing support and resolving operational or business-related requests
Collect, structure, and communicate client feedback to internal teams to improve service quality and client experience
Build and maintain long-term relationships with merchants to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the timely resolution of client issues and requests
Monitor client activity and proactively identify opportunities to improve engagement and partnership quality
Requirements
2+ years of experience as an Account Manager in fintech or payments
Strong understanding of merchant onboarding and client support processes
Experience working with B2B clients and managing long-term partnerships
Ability to handle multiple client requests and priorities simultaneously
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Languages: English, Russian
