Role Overview
As a Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the sales strategy and infrastructure from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a scaling fintech company by participating directly in merchant acquisition and refining the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). You'll lead the design of CRM architecture and establish key commercial metrics, creating a dynamic and data-driven sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
Build the sales infrastructure from the ground up.
Participate directly in merchant acquisition and sales conversations.
Define and refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Design CRM architecture, processes, and reporting frameworks.
Establish key commercial metrics and forecasting models.
Create sales playbooks and operating procedures.
Requirements
Experience in B2B sales, payments, fintech, SaaS, or related industries.
Built sales functions, territories, or commercial processes from scratch.
Strong understanding of CRM design, pipeline management, and GTM execution.
Experience working across multiple lead generation channels.
A data-driven approach to metrics, forecasting, and commercial decision-making.
Languages: English, Russian.
Experience in fintech.

Able to engage in high-intensity discussions with founders and senior stakeholders.
