Role Overview

As a Merchant Onboarding Specialist, you will play a key role in integrating new merchants into our client's payment processing ecosystem. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a high-impact role within a scaling fintech company, providing support to online businesses and ensuring seamless and secure payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new merchants.

• Ensure compliance with payment industry regulations.

• Provide ongoing support and guidance to merchants.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance onboarding processes.

• Analyze and resolve merchant-related issues promptly.

• Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities.

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in merchant onboarding or a related field.

• Strong understanding of payment processing solutions.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills in English and Russian.

• Languages: English C1, Russian C1.

• Experience in fintech
