About the Client
An international B2B iGaming company that develops and supplies online casino games, including slots, crash, card, arcade, and dice games, to casino operators, platforms, and aggregators worldwide. Its games are available in over 200 online casinos. Account Managers are responsible for developing client relationships, coordinating game launches and integrations, handling commercial matters, and driving account growth.
Role Overview
Join a forward-thinking team as an Account Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in expanding relationships with casino operators across the globe. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by managing key accounts and driving business growth in a fully remote environment. You'll be at the forefront of coordinating game launches and ensuring optimal game positioning to maximise revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of casino operator accounts and build long-term client relationships.
Ensure optimal game positioning across casino platforms to maximise revenue.
Coordinate and support new game launches with casino partners.
Monitor account performance, analyse results, and identify growth opportunities.
Drive business growth by leveraging existing industry relationships (80% Account Management / 20% Business Development).
Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with clients to ensure mutual benefit and alignment with company goals.
Requirements
2+ years of Account Management experience in the iGaming industry.
Previous experience working for a casino game provider (must-have).
Experience managing B2B casino operator accounts.
Strong network and relationship management skills within the iGaming industry.
Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
Languages: English C1
Key Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships.
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
