Role Overview
Join us as the Head of Sales, where you'll define and execute a global sales strategy that drives business development and revenue growth. This role is a unique opportunity to build and lead a high-performing international sales team while expanding into new markets. Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the global sales strategy for various payment solutions.
Drive business development and revenue growth across multiple regions.
Identify and enter new markets, establishing a strong regional presence.
Build, lead, and scale a high-performing international sales team.
Set clear KPIs and ensure consistent team performance and accountability.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Collaborate with product, operations, and IT teams to align commercial efforts.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in payments technology.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
Proven track record in selling payment technologies.
Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem and Banks/Fintechs needs.
Experience driving expansion into new markets and regions.
