Product Manager (B2B Crypto Processing platform)

About the Client

Our client is a crypto processing company providing payment and transaction infrastructure for businesses operating in the crypto and iGaming sectors. Its core offering enables partners to accept, process and manage crypto transactions through a reliable, scalable platform. Alongside its processing capabilities, the company also offers an analytics solution that uses on-chain data to provide additional operational and market insights.

Role Overview

As a Product Manager, you will lead the development of the company’s products, shaping their strategy, define roadmaps and working closely with engineering, commercial and operational teams to create scalable solutions for crypto businesses and operators.

This fully remote role offers significant ownership and the opportunity to gradually take responsibility for the wider product function as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the development of a mature B2B Crypto Processing and analytics platform.

  • Own the product lifecycle from idea to implementation.

  • Gather customer feedback and identify new product opportunities.

  • Define product requirements and create detailed product specifications.

  • Design user journeys, edge cases, and product improvements.

  • Work closely with engineering and design teams throughout development.

  • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning.

  • Analyze competitors, market trends, and emerging technologies within the crypto industry.

  • Gradually take ownership of the entire product function as the company scales.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in crypto products.

  • Strong understanding of blockchain, crypto payments, stablecoins, wallets, DeFi, and payment infrastructure.

  • Experience building B2B SaaS or fintech/payment products.

  • Strong product thinking and ability to make independent product decisions.

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Languages: English, Russian.

Key Soft Skills

  • Experience working with AI-powered products.

  • Experience launching products from scratch (0→1).
