They specialize in acquiring, issuing, and processing services, offering products such as payment acquiring, BIN sponsorship, white-label card issuing, and a digital banking platform. Their services cater to merchants, fintechs, and banks globally.
Role Overview
Join an international team as a Sales Team Lead in Latvia, where you will have the opportunity to drive growth and impact the success of the organization. You'll lead and develop a sales team to achieve commercial targets, ensuring consistent CRM usage and driving new business acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop the sales/BD team to achieve commercial targets.
Monitor sales performance, pipeline quality, and forecasting.
Ensure consistent CRM usage and sales process discipline across the team.
Drive new business acquisition by identifying and closing new merchant opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with merchants, partners, and key stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and identify new commercial opportunities.
Requirements
Proven B2B sales experience within payments, acquiring, or FinTech.
Previous experience leading or mentoring a commercial sales team.
Proven track record in card acquiring.
Experience selling payment solutions to low-risk merchants.
Ability to generate outbound pipeline independently and coach others to do the same.
Strong CRM discipline, forecasting, and structured reporting experience.
Existing network within the payments ecosystem is a strong advantage.
Based in Latvia.
Languages: English, Russian.
Experience in fintech.
