Their services include flexible settlements, comprehensive reporting, and support for regional payment methods. The client's solutions are centered around an in-house built gateway that allows for customizable integrations, catering to a diverse range of business needs.
Role Overview
Step into the role of AML Onboarding Manager and drive the full client onboarding lifecycle from start to finish. This position offers the chance to make a significant impact by ensuring seamless onboarding processes tailored to the needs of international clients. You will work in a fully remote setting, collaborating with banks, payment providers, and other financial partners to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full client onboarding lifecycle from initial engagement to successful activation.
- Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure timely execution of all required steps.
- Prepare, maintain, and oversee documentation packages, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal and partner requirements.
- Liaise with banks, payment providers, and other financial partners regarding client onboarding matters.
- Respond promptly to incoming requests and provide all necessary information in a timely manner.
- Monitor application statuses and proactively drive next steps to ensure successful completion of onboarding processes.
- Contribute to the improvement of internal workflows and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in onboarding B2B clients, underwriting, or compliance operations.
- Mandatory experience within fintech, payments, PSPs, e-commerce, or other financial services environments.
- Understanding of client onboarding processes and related regulatory requirements.
- Fluent Russian and English, both written and spoken.
- Practical experience using AI tools to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Previous experience collaborating with banks, PSP, or other financial industries.
- Languages: English C1, Russian C1.
- Experience in fintech
