Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role as a Non-Executive Director in Switzerland. You will provide independent oversight and guidance to the Board, influencing strategy and risk management. This part-time, fully remote role offers the chance to make a significant impact within a scaling fintech company.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide independent oversight and guidance to the Board and executive management on strategy, risk, and overall direction.
• Contribute to Board-level oversight of governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Attend and actively participate in Board meetings, reviewing materials, minutes, and resolutions.
• Support the Board on matters relating to corporate governance, financial oversight, and stakeholder interests.
• Advise on major corporate decisions as they arise, such as strategic initiatives, partnerships, and funding.
• Help safeguard the interests of shareholders and other stakeholders, ensuring high standards of business ethics.

Requirements

• Experience serving as a Non-Executive Director, Board Member, or senior executive, ideally within financial services, fintech, or a related industry.
• Be based in Switzerland, with an established professional network and standing within the Swiss fintech industry.
• Understanding of corporate governance principles and Board-level responsibilities.
• Familiarity with the Swiss regulatory and corporate environment is an advantage.
• Track record of sound judgment and decision-making at a senior or Board level.
• Languages: English
• Experience in fintech
