Role Overview

Join a dynamic team as a Senior Fintech Recruiter, where you'll have the opportunity to shape recruitment strategies for the fintech industry. This fully remote position allows you to influence global hiring practices, drive successful candidate placements, and work closely with international clients to meet their talent acquisition needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to fintech industry needs.

• Manage and optimize candidate sourcing channels to ensure a diverse and qualified talent pool.

• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

• Lead the negotiation of job offers between clients and candidates to ensure mutual satisfaction and successful placements.

• Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful placements in the fintech sector.

• Experience with recruitment tools and platforms.

• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a remote setting.

• Deep understanding of fintech industry trends and the specific talent needs within this sector.

• Native-level proficiency in Russian and professional working proficiency in English.

• Languages: English C1, Russian native.

• Experience in fintech
