About the Client
Our client is an established fintech group providing payment solutions for businesses. With over seven years in the market and a team of 50+ professionals, the group is looking for a Partner Account Manager to join its Business Development department within the Banking team.
Role Overview
Step into a challenging role where you will manage critical relationships with banks and payment partners. You will manage day-to-day relationships with banks and payment partners, support existing accounts across multiple projects, and ensure that operational issues and documentation requests are resolved promptly. The role focuses on ongoing partner management and account servicing.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support existing bank accounts across the group’s projects.
Act as a point of contact for banks and payment providers, handling daily correspondence and follow-ups.
Coordinate responses to ongoing due diligence requests, including company information, corporate documents, and UBO documentation.
Resolve payment delays, transaction issues, unexpected fees, and other account-related queries.
Review bank fees and invoices, investigate discrepancies, and follow through to resolution.
Coordinate account closures, including final statements and account settlement.
Work with internal teams to provide accurate information and meet partners’ deadlines.
Keep track of changes to banking partners’ services and capabilities.
Requirements
Previous 1+ years of experience in a payment company or PSP is essential.
Experience in partner account management, banking relationships, payment operations, or compliance within a payment company.
Familiarity with corporate documentation, ownership structures, and KYC/KYB requirements.
Strong communication skills and confidence handling operational and documentation requests from financial partners.
The ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and follow up independently.
Availability to work from our client’s office in Riga, central office district.
Languages: English B2-C1, fluent Russian, Latvian is a big advantage.
