Role Overview

As Chief of Staff, you will take ownership of complex initiatives that span product, technology, and operations. You will turn strategic priorities into measurable results, work closely with executive leadership, and develop a team responsible for delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own strategic and cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Coordinate complex product, technology, and operational projects across IT, product, and business teams.
• Manage key client and partner relationships, including negotiations, onboarding, and business development.
• Work with the CEO and Management Board to turn priorities into actionable plans and measurable results.
• Develop a dedicated team and build accountability for project delivery.
• Resolve blockers across departments and keep initiatives moving.
• Contribute to board-level discussions, strategic hiring decisions, and confidential business initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in leadership roles within fintech, banking, payments, or financial services.
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional projects, strategic initiatives, and business operations.
• Strong understanding of banking and payment products, ideally including EMI, payment institutions, or fintech infrastructure.
• Experience working directly with executive leadership or management boards, with strong stakeholder and partner management skills.
• Experience communicating with international clients and partners.
• Languages: English C2 , Latvian C2, Russian C1
• Experience in fintech
