About the Client

Our client provides digital banking services for businesses and individuals. Its products include multi-currency accounts, payment tools and cards for international use.

Role Overview

Take ownership of a card issuing product with a direct impact on customers and day-to-day operations. You will keep existing programmes running smoothly while developing the roadmap, coordinating changes and working with skilled technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the card issuing product end to end, maintaining uninterrupted service and driving its development.
• Define and manage the roadmap and backlog, balancing business value, scheme requirements and operational impact.
• Work with Mastercard, Visa and card processors on integrations, certifications, scheme projects and change requests.
• Turn business, operational and scheme needs into clear product and technical specifications.
• Coordinate IT teams from planning and requirements through testing, release and post-release checks.
• Oversee card issuance, activation, authorisation, clearing, settlement and disputes, resolving issues that affect the product.
• Work with compliance and operations to meet Visa and Mastercard scheme rules and mandatory releases.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager responsible for card issuing products.
• Hands-on experience with Mastercard and/or Visa and card processors on integrations, scheme projects or change requests.
• Working knowledge of card lifecycles, authorisation, clearing, settlement and chargebacks.
• Practical understanding of APIs, processor integrations and transaction data flows, enabling direct work with engineering teams.
• Experience coordinating IT development teams and managing changes through backlogs, requirements and releases.
• Knowledge of Card Scheme Compliance, including Visa and Mastercard rules and scheme releases, is a plus.
• Languages: English , Russian .
• Experience in fintech
